This cocktail is autumn in a glass — bright and smoky, with just the right touch of crispness. Perfect for cozy sweaters, quiet moments, and savoring the magic of fall.
1.5 oz mezcal
1 oz apple cider
.5 oz st germain
.5 oz lemon
.25 honey syrup (1:1)

Hector Salamanca
Smoky, spiced, and a little unpredictable, this cocktail is a tribute to one of TV’s most memorable characters. Sip with caution... and maybe a tiny bell nearby.
1.5 oz mezcal
.75 oz spiced pear syrup*
.5 oz ginger liqueur
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
1 dropper molé bitters
Add all to cocktail shaker. Add ice.
Shake well. Strain into cocktail coupe. Garnish with some fresh nutmeg.

.5 oz bourbon
.75 oz fresh lemon
.5 oz orgeat
.5 oz simple syrup
Add all to shaker. Add ice. Shake well. Strain into cocktail coupe. Garnish with a lemon wheel. -
The Friendly Ghost
A playful spirit in every sense, this cocktail brings cozy fall vibes with a tropical twist. It’s smooth and spiced, like a warm breeze sneaking through the season’s first chill. Light, comforting, and quietly charming… the kind of ghost you wouldn’t mind having around.
1.5 oz reposado tequila
.5 oz orgeat
.5 oz fresh lime juice
.75 oz aquafaba
nutmeg
Add all (except nutmeg) to cocktail shaker. Add ice. Shake well. Double strain into cocktail coupe. Grate fresh nutmeg over cocktail. -
The Corpse Bride
A cheeky play on a classic, this cocktail’s got the charm and the spirit of a bride who’s here to steal the show — dry, bold, and dressed in blue.
1.5 oz gin
.75 oz cocchi americano
.5 oz simple syrup
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
barspoon blue curaçao
absinthe
Add all (except absinthe) to cocktail shaker. Add ice. Shake well. Double strain into cocktail glass. Generously spritz (or rinse) glass with absinthe. Garnish as desired. -
Spicy Dead Lady
The most 'fall' of all the fall scents has to be campfires and smoking leaves on the wind. Bolstered by smoky mezcal and the bittersweet notes of aperol, you can capture the essence of autumn indoors with this spicy cocktail.
.75 oz mezcal
.75 oz aperol
.75 oz velvet falernum
.5 oz fresh lime juice
2 drops molé bittersAdd all to cocktail shaker. Add ice. Shake well. Strain into cocktail coupe. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.

Start your day off with a PSL and finish it with a martini. It's got everything you love about the fall cult favorite plus a super boozy kick. What's not to love?
1.5 oz spiced rum
1 oz pumpkin spice syrup
.5 oz amaro nonino
.5 oz dry curaçao
1 oz coconut milk (use full fat for the richest texture)
3-4 drops morning wood bittersAdd all to cocktail shaker. Add ice. Shake well. Strain into cocktail glass.

This cocktail brings to mind the golden tones of fall, harvest season, and the rich, hearty flavors that fill the table at Thanksgiving.
2 oz sage infused whiskey (recipe below)
.75 oz spiced pear syrup
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
1 dropper ginger bitters
top with bubblesAdd all (except bubbles) to cocktail shaker. Add ice. Shake well. Strain into cocktail coupe. Top with bubbles. Garnish with a sage leaf.
sage infused whiskey:
1 cup rye whiskey
6-8 fresh sage leaves
Combine the whiskey and sage in a jar. Allow to infuse for up to 5 days, gently shaking jar daily. Taste daily until desired flavor is reached.*recipe is on the ‘syrups’ page
